Seth Harry & Associates will be leading the SODO Charrette. Seth Harry is a licensed architect and urban designer with over 40 years of hands‐on, practical experience in the field of real estate development, urban design, architecture, and community planning. As the president of Seth Harry & Associates, Inc. an architectural and urban design firm founded in 1992 and headquartered in Frederick, Maryland over the last thirty‐two years, the firm has built on its founding expertise in urban infill and mixed‐use development to become a leader in the fields of community and regional planning, sustainable development, traditional neighborhood development, transit‐oriented development, and land use planning.

Seth Harry & Associates is working jointly with Townscape Design, LLC and The Chesapeake Group, Inc. The consultant team will provide the professional planning and economic analysis services for the current University of Maryland Medical System's Shore Medical Center. Dave Ager, Principal of Townscape Design LLC, is a town planner and landscape architect with more than 40 years’ experience in the revitalization of existing neighborhoods and the design and implementation of new communities.

Howard Kohn, President of The Chesapeake Group, has more than 35 years of experience in professional economic development analysis and planning. Howard has directed projects throughout many parts of the United States. His work creates economic and revenue producing benefits, and his comprehensive, community, downtown, and other revitalization projects have been prepared for a broad range of suburban and urban settings.
